Who are We?
We grew up in sunny Worthing by the sea and have known each other since our late teens (a rather long time ago) but only got married to each other in 2009. We both have 2 children from previous marriages and had to take two cars everywhere until a friend jokingly said "you should get a minibus". That was the turning point and we bought a 12 seater Mercedes Sprinter minbus and took the rear 2 rows of seats out. We could now fit in 6 bikes with ease!
When the children went off on hols with their other parents we took all the seats out, threw in a double mattress, cooking gear, bikes, kites, climbing ropes etc and set off on 2-3000 mile road trips around the French & Swiss alps.
The children are now grown up so it was time to ditch the minibus and convert a panel van for much longer road trips.
The rest is history!
We have both travelled extensively around the world and have lived in Canada & Sweden and enjoy exploring new places, eating local foods & participating in anything that involves a bit of adrenaline or a good view.
You really can't beat watching a sunset with a BBQ, a cold beer and each other.
